How it works
1. List
Create your startup fundraising profile. It's free and takes a few minutes.
2. Get discovered
Investors, operators, journalists and the startup community browse the board. Every profile has its own page, share card and analytics.
3. Move up
Buy sponsored visibility when you want more attention. Minimum $5, one-time payment, no expiry.
The mechanic, in plain numbers
Sponsored positions are ordered by total paid visibility. One simple rule: beat any paid position by $5. If #1 holds $420, you claim #1 for $425. If #1 holds $10,000, you claim it for $10,005. You don't have to go for #1 — any amount of $5 or more takes whatever position it earns. If you already hold $300 and #1 costs $505, you only add $205, and your cumulative visibility becomes $505.
Questions
- What exactly am I buying?
- A position on the sponsored visibility leaderboard. Whoever has the highest total visibility amount sits at #1. Your position does not expire — you hold it until another founder pays more. Nothing else changes: your profile, analytics and intro requests work the same whether you pay or not.
- Does a higher position mean a better startup?
- No. Leaderboard position reflects paid visibility only. It is not investment quality, a ranking, a recommendation or an endorsement.
- What happens if someone outbids me?
- You move down one spot — you never disappear. Your visibility amount stays yours, and you can add more at any time to move back up. You only ever pay the difference.
- Is listing free?
- Yes. Free listings appear under the sponsored positions and get a public profile, analytics, website clicks and intro requests.
